At Wandering Minds Counseling & Consulting, individual therapy is a collaborative process focused on helping you understand yourself more deeply, build emotional regulation, and create meaningful change. Sessions are personalized to your goals and may integrate trauma-informed, Eclectic Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Initial Diagnostic Assessment (90791)A 60–75-minute intake session where we explore your history, goals, and needs to create a personalized treatment plan.$250 Covered by most insurance plans, including OHP.
Standard Individual Therapy (90837) 55–60-minute session focused on trauma processing, emotional regulation, and skill-building. $200

Brief Individual Therapy (90834)A 40–45-minute session for focused support, progress check-ins, or maintenance care. $175

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining expected costs for services if you choose to self-pay. Estimates are provided in writing prior to your first session.

All services are provided by Alyssa Davidson, LCSW, an EMDR-trained, trauma-informed therapist specializing in ADHD, complex trauma, and perinatal mental health. Sessions are available in person in Roseburg, Oregon and via secure telehealth statewide.

Mothering with a Wandering Mind: ADHD & Perinatal Support Group A supportive space for mothers and caregivers navigating ADHD, overwhelm, and emotional labor. Combines education, skills practice, and connection. 6-week series, 75-min weekly sessions $50 per session

Identity in Color: Creative Parts-Work & Expressive Arts Group Explores identity, parts work, and self-expression through art and reflection. Encourages self-discovery and emotional integration. 12-week series, 90-min sessions $60 per session

Billing Information
CPT 90853 — Group Psychotherapy (non-family)
Sessions may be billed to insurance when medically necessary and part of an active treatment plan.
Private-pay participants may pay per session or pre-register for the full series at a discounted rate.
Sliding-scale options may be available upon request for accessibility.
Good Faith Estimate
For clients choosing to self-pay, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided outlining expected costs for the duration of the group or program series, in compliance with the No Surprises Act.

Groups are limited in size to maintain a safe, connected environment.
Participants must complete an initial consultation before joining to ensure a good fit and readiness for group work.
Most groups are available in person in Roseburg, Oregon, with select offerings available via secure telehealth statewide.

Our ESA assessments help determine whether an emotional support animal may be clinically beneficial to your well-being. We provide comprehensive evaluations and supporting documentation in alignment with federal and state housing and accessibility standards.

Most insurances cover a diagnostic evaluation for mental health for attention and concentration concerns.

We offer affirming, trauma-informed assessments to support individuals seeking gender-affirming medical care. Our process centers self-determination, identity development, and readiness while following WPATH-aligned standards of care.
Includes:
Comprehensive assessment and clinical documentation
Collaboration with your medical provider or surgeon
Focus on empowerment, consent, and affirmation of identity
